Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source procurement to Portico Group Inc. for Phase I: Scoping, Project Definitation, Site Analysis Visit and Preliminary Facility/Program Description for the joint Tetlin Refuge/APLIC Visitor Center. Portico is the interpretive subcontractor for the project slected by the Alaska Department of Transportation through their own competitive process. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. See Numbered Note 22
