Description
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to award a firm-fixed -Price Indefinite Quantify contract for services entitled, Conducting Inspections and Inspecting for Performance Materials Version Training Course as a result of this solicitation. The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, and services to: (1) revise, update and present the Conducting Inspections Course; (2) revise, update and present the Inspecting for Performance (Materials Version(IFP-M) Course; and (3) develop and present specialized versions of these and other related courses to NRC personnel responsible for licensing and inspection of nuclear facilities. The contractor shall furnish the course instructors and other experts as necessary to present the course presentations. The NRC will provide a facility for conducting the course, audio visual equipment, and the instructors and student manuals to be updated for course presentation. The period of performance will be one year with four one-year option periods with a minimum of one course presentation per year. The proposed action is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541690. The size standard for this solicitation is average annual receipts of $6 million dollars over the past three fiscal years. Copies of RS-HR-03-366 will be issued on or about August 13, 2003. All interested firms should submit written requests for RS-HR-03-366 to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at the address shown above. Telephone requests will not be honored. Closing date for proposals is 30 days after issuance of proposal.
