- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345 requires 200 each of the following items to Navy drawings, all without revision: motor mount conforming to dwg 7448008, micromotor drive shaft conforming to dwg 7448015, pinger mounting plate conforming to dwg 7448007, battery mount ring conforming to dwg 7448014, motor mount cover conforming to dwg 7608041, LSA cap confoming to dwg 7608067, reed switch bracket conforming to dwg 7608034, battery support bracket assembly conforming to lead dwg 7448013, and associated dwgs: PL7448013, 7608044, 7608045 and 7608046, and final item, quantity 225 each LSA pin conforming to d wg 7608066. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. Distribution of drawings is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. NAICS codes 332710 and 332990 apply. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. This RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport w ebsite (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 25 July 2003. Award will be made on, or about 13 August 2003. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Numbered notes 1 and 8 apply.
