Description

Furnish all labor, tools, incidental engineering, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for improvements to the Exchange Plaza area east of Club Drive. The work includes demolition of pavement, walks, curbs and removal of existing landscaping. Two parking areas east of Club Drive are to be constructed; one is for handicap parking near the Club (Building 760), and the other is a semi-circular parking lot area adjacent to the pool (Building 772). The work will also include grading, drainage, new walks, curbs, and curbs and gutters along Singleton Avenue and Oriskany St., lighting, utility adjustments, handicap signs, landscaping, and irrigation. The work will also require maintenance of pedestrian and vehicular traffic, erosion control, and pavement marking. Time for completion if 150 calendar days.
