Description

The work of this contract consists of boiler maintenance and repair, removal of an existing solar domestic water heating system, and installation of a new domestic water heating system in a 4-unit apatment building. The project is located at wind Cave National Park and is approximatley 13 miles north of Hot Springs, South Dakota on US Hwy 385. award of this contact will be in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstrtion Program (Public Law 100-656). This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, Estimated Price range for this project is less than $25,000.00. Naics Code is 235110, P& S: J045 This solicitation will be available ONLY by connecting with the DOI Website at (Http://ideasec.nbc.gov) NO Paper Copies will be mailed. This Solicitation will be available O/A August 11, 2003 and will close O/A September10, 2003 at 3:00 PM MT unless extensions are issued in an amendment.
