Description: NA Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to install Steam Meters and ancillary equipment at Buildings 1031 and 374 at Fort Detrick, Maryland. This is a 100% small business set-aside. RFQ will be released o/a August 11, 2003 at the following url: usamraa.army.mil. Site inspection will be held on August 27, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. All interested bidders are requested to report to USAMRAA, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, MD not later than 9:00 a.m. Bids are due by 10:00 a.m. o n September 10, 2003. No telephone calls will be accepted.
