Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to apply herbicides to control noxious weeds on the Salmon-Challis National Forest. All treatment areas (approximataely 1,200 acres) will be identified on 7.5 minute USGS topographic maps or USFS orthophotoquad maps and provided to the Contractor. All treatment areas are located within the North Fork Ranger District on the Salmon-Challis National Forest. Technical contact will be Cindy Haggas of the North Fork Ranger District (208) 865-2736. This solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website on or about August 1, 2003.
