Description: CHANGE IN SOLICITATION ? AMENDMENT TWO! This Amendment # TWO to the Request for Quotation R1-03-03 is effective July 28, 2003. The Purpose of Amendment Two is to clarify some of the items in the proposal, and extend the response date for two weeks. A. Proposal Response is hereby extended through August 11, 2003. This means that proposals may be submitted no later than August 11, 2003 by 4:00 PM in an original and four copies. B, Questions-Answers, and change pages to the RFQ will be issued this week to clarify and answer concerns about this Request for Quote.
