Description: A notice will be posted AM of 7/28/03 extending the RFP closing date to 8/22/03 COB 3:30PM. The reason for the RFP extension is that the MEO Certifying Official requires more time for review due to schedule conflicts. Further, the MEO and Management Plan developer is required to explain all submissions prior to MEO certification. Until this is accomplished the IRO cannot reivew the entire package for certification and approval to the contracting officer. Therefore, an ammendment will be issued to extend the RFP closing date.
