Description

NA Construct eight (8) wood frame bleacher shelters at Ranges #31, #26A & B, #11, #22, #35, #36A, #39 and TA14. The width of each shelter will be 34ft. side to side, with an 18ft. depth, front to rear. Total height of 15ft. below the bottom of truss. Cons truct over existing bleachers. Ranges are located in Kentucky and Tennessee. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 240 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determi ning Small Business size, NAICS 236220 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
