- Description
- Furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to "Provide Additional Parking" at the James E. VanZandt VA Medical Center, ALtoona, PA. Work includes, but is not limited to: Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Metal Fabrication, Firestopping , Sealants, and Electrical. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation. The NAICS code is 235710. Small Business size standard is $12 million. Cost range is $100,000 thru $250,000. Solicitation documents will be available on or before August 6, 2003. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing. Payment of ($25.00) non-refundable fee per solicitation package must be received in the Contracting Office before package is mailed. Checks are to be made payable to: Department of Veterans Affairs. A Pre-bid conference will be held August 7, 2003 at 2:30PM local time. Bids will be opened publically August 25, 2003 at 2:30PM local time in Building #2, Room #106.
