Description

This is an Amendment to the Pre-Solicitation Notice for The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) requirement to acquire construction services for our facility at Gulfport, Mississippi for the demolition of five (5) buildings and the construction of selected storm water drain improvements. This amendment changes the solicitation release date to read on or about July 29, 2003 (proposals will be due thirty (30) days after release of the solicitation). This change to the solicitation (request for proposal) release date changes the due date for receipt of proposals to read on or about August 28, 2003 (at 2:30 p.m.). All other portions of the pre-solicitation notice remain unchanged. This is a full and open procurement which is to be awarded as a fixed price contract. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation, #APHIS-03-013, is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. To receive notification of the solicitation?s posting, offerors may contact the contracting official by mail at: USDA, APHIS, ESB; Attn: Cynthia D. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Proposals will be due no later than 2:30 p.m. local time on August 28, 2003.
