Description
NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial(CSS)items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This CSS is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set aside and Brand Name or Equal in accordance with FAR provision 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal (Aug 1999). This announcement constitutes th e only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issue. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5084 and the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. This solicitation documen t and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14 effective 23 June 2003 and Class Deviation 2003-00003 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs) 1998 edition current to DCN 20030620. Payment will be made by Electronics Funds Transfer or Government Visa Credit Card, which is the preferred method of payment. This requirement is for a Bauer Unicus II recharge station breathing air compressor with a 10 horsepower single phas e 13 CFM compressor and a built in 3-position full containment fill station, 2 ASME receivers standard, P2H securus filtration system. The compressor will be a stand alone with a closed system and it must have a door. It shall fill 6,000 PSI bottles. Cont ractor shall test and train personnel in use of compressor.
