- Description
- The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), through the Program Support Center, has a twelve months, firm fixed price simplified acquisition described as follows: The purpose of the requirement is to assist Prevention/Early Intervention grantees in learning about the usefulness of three Tools developed by the Prevention Institute understanding the general outcomes for children and adolescents and their families due to the successful implementation of evidence-based practices and accompanying services by prevention practitioners, mental health practitioners, and other service providers with in the grantees scope of work. The Contractor shall design a curriculum to introduce all Prevention/Early Intervention grantees to three Prevention Institute Tools which are: Collaboration Math, Eight Steps to Effective Coalition Building and the Spectrum of Prevention. Request for the solicitation package must be in writing, and on company letterhead to the attention of Julia Savoy at the above address by 3:00 PM EST August 1, 2003. E-mail and fax are accepted.
