Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division(DITCO-AQSS31) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Telos Corporation, 19886 Ashburn Road, Ashburn, VA 20147 for annual support of the Automated Message Handling System (AMHS) with product upgrades and telephone help desk support to USTRANSCOM for the period 01 Sep 2003 through 31 Aug 2004. Support to include system-level configuration support, software updates, system administration training and maintenance subscription items associated with the Cavalier Communications multifunctional secure gateway autodin interface. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
