- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Reference No. F3015131491200 a request for quote (RFQ) and a 100% small business set-aside. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. Delivery will be within thirty days of receipt of order. The award date is expected to be no later then 30 September 2003. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-13 & Class Deviation 2002-o0003. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 423610 (formerly SIC code 5063) at 500-employee size standard. Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition as follows: Offeror must include, with its offer, a completed copy of provision FAR 52.212-3 in full text. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government.
