- MULTIPLE AWARD SUPPLEMENTAL A/E CONTRACT FOR THE STATES OF KANSAS, NEBRASKA, MISSOURI, AND IOWA (GSA Region 6). SOLICITATION NUMBER: GS06P03GYD0011. The Regional Slate Selection Board (s) have recommended the following firms for interview, listed by primary geographical areas. 1) Kansas City Area: ASAI Architecture, Kansas City MO; Kevin Cowan Architects, Overland Park, KS.
