F33601-03-B-0003 Replace High Temperature Hot Water Lines to Facility 31244, Wright-Patterson AFB,OH Project Number 00-0034 The Air Force is seeking potential contractors as sources to furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with replacing the High Temperature, Hot Water (HTHW) Line to facility 31244, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Efforts include removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings associated with this effort. IF ADEQUATE RESPONSES ARE NOT RECEIVED FROM HUBZone CONCERNS, THE ACQUSITION MAY BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS. This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only. The period of performance shall be 270 days, and all actual "piping" work shall be completed while the heating plant is shut down from 01 May 04 through 01 October 2004. There are numerous items of work that can be accomplished prior to the actual piping effort. Estimated Price Range for this procurement is between $100,000 and $500,000.00 The NAICS Code is 234910. Size Standard is $28.5Mil. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, the contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award of solicitations issued after 31 May 1998. Firms interested should provide the above documentation, in one original and one copy. All of the above must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested HUBZone concerns. Responses shall be limited to 5 pages. Failure to submit all information requested shall result in a contractor being considered "not interested" in this requirement.
