Description: AEDC has a requirement to replace existing guardrails and installing a top railing to the existing handrail along the top of the concrete posts at the Elk River Dam(Aprox. 4820 ft). The work consists of providing all plant, labor, equipment, tools,and material to include an additional 30 feet of new guardrail. The period of performance is 80 days. FOB Arnold AFB, TN.
