Description

The primary work includes, but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide services for specialty fabrication and construction installation of various Wayfinding and American Disability Act (ADA) Signage located in the U. S. Capitol, House and Senate Office Buildings. The base line item will consist of fabricating and installing the signs as identified in the drawings and specifications. The contractor is to provide all materials and labor required for site coordination, to include attachment of signs to different building elevation materials such as granite, concrete, marble, stone and wood. Care needs to be given so as not to damage existing building's finishes. Location for the base line item work is the U.S. House Buildings consisting of the Rayburn, Longworth, and Cannon. Contract includes one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The magnitude of the base year contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
