- Description
- This is a Regional Indefinite Quantity contract to provide overhead and hollow core metal door, removal and installation and replacement, lead base paint abatement in conjunction with door installation, various types of maintenance repairs and preparations associated with door installation/replacement. Other incidental type work associated with door installation/replacement is included and may be ordered for industrial, commercial, and residential locations indicated within each task order. The Government contemplates one contract award with five (5) administration offices resulting from this solicitation. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including the exercise of any options, shall not exceed 36 months. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The proposed procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238130 and the size standard is $12,000,000. The (IFB) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-Sol) web site on or about 10 March 2003. Estimated bid opening date is 11 April 2003.
