Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,699 rentable square feet yielding 8,846 to 10,173 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Jackson, Michigan. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Jackson, Michigan area within the following delineated area: 1) Within the city limits of Jackson, Michigan; 2) Also, include an area Northwest of Jackson, Michigan city limits bordered by: NORTH: Springport Road, SOUTH: Business 94, EAST: Route 127, WEST: Laurence Avenue/Airport Road; 3) Also include an area east of Jackson, Michigan city limits, two blocks either side of Michigan Avenue extended east to Bypass 127. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. 42 on-site parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy on March 1, 2005. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years firm, with the Government having no cancellation privileges.
