Description

The Government intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price type contract to Macgregor (USA), Inc. for Hagglund crane repair parts including UK64-16300 hydraulic motor; 662-5000-642 hydraulic motor with gear; 287-3418-801 brake bands slewing; 287-3775-801 brake bands slewing; 287-4124-801 Elgon gear Tap Crane "Luff" for hoistin and "hoist" for luft; Pump parts 2873758-BR and 2873757AR. These parts are required for the Navy Cargo and Port Handling Group (NAVCHAPGRU) located at Cheathem Annex Naval Base, Williamsburg, Virginia. This procurement is being made using FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333923 - overhead traveling crane, hoist, and monorail system manufacturing; the Federal Supply Code is 3950 - winches, hoists, cranes and derricks. The solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
