Description

NA Point of Contact for this project is Beverly Johnson, beverly.a.johnson@swf02.usace.army.mil Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Demolition/Abatement Contract at Fort Pol k, Louisiana. Solicitation will issue on or about 28 July 2003. Bid opening on or about 27 August 2003. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and three one-year renewal options. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000, 000.00. This project consists of demolition of WWII Buildings and various other structures, asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, and other regulated materials disposal, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS ) code applicable to this project is 238910. Small business size standard is $12,000,000.00. The plans and specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge on the issue date. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through 3.5 inch diskette, CD-ROM and/or the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitati on. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the following address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance a t the following Internet address: https://ebs.swf.usace.army.mil.
