Description: This amends the Children's Activity Booklets. The NOAA, Office of Fisheries and Ocean Services intends to negociate on a non-competitive basis with Watercourse for publication and distribution of children's activity booklet. This educational tool will increase the awareness of coral reefs. The Watercourse is the sole distributor of the booklet. Purchase 50,000 copies of a children's activity booklets to distribute at children's educational events.
