Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to replace air conditioning units at USCG LORAN Station Seneca, Romulus, NY. Major work items include: Demolition and removal of concrete slab and provide earthwork and new concrete slab; Removal of four 7.5 ton and one 3 ton air conditioning units and outdoor condensing units; Provide four 20 ton computer room type air conditioning units and outdoor fluid coolers and pumps; Provide one 3 ton split system air conditioning unit and outdoor condensing unit; Provide temporary cooling during construction; Provide new 42 circuit panelboard, replacing the existing; and, Provide new electrical wiring, conduit, disconnect switches for all new mechanical equipment. This procurement is estimated between $250K and $500K. This procurement is a Total Hubzone Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 238220. Completion time is 90 DANTP.
