- Description
- This is a Notice of Intent to Increase Quantity of a previously posted contract action. The US Coast Guard awarded purchase order DTCG80-03-P-3FAE89 to Adrick Marine Corporation for the purchase of 2 each Duplex Chilled Water Air Conditioning Units, Adrick Model AD304-DCW. Award was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Coast Guard intends to increase the quantity required from 2 each to 3 each. Adrick Marine Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these systems. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within 5 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of quotes received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Refer questions to Mark Corse (757) 628-4646. Submit quotes to arrive no later than 2:00 pm (local) May 19, 2003.
