- The objective of this project is to produce a two-hour sexual orientation work place issues training session module. The module would incorporate four 3-5 minute video-based vignettes, written case studies, and facilitator's and participant's handbooks which will be available for distribution to USDA Agencies for the training of managers and supervisors, and civil rights, human resources, and conflict resolution specialist. Participation in five (5) coordination meetings with representatives from GLEAC located in the Washington, DC metro area will be required.
