Description

RFP OAM-2003-N-0026, Microsoft Premier Sevices. The purpose of this modification #2 is to provide responses to questions received on this requirement. 1. TAM Services - "this includes up to 200 hours of TAM's (Technical Account Manager's) time. Is this 200 hours a month or year? Answer: 200 hours is an annual requirement. 2. Technical Support: "35 Support incidents"...is this a day, week or year? Answer: 35 Support Incidents is an annual requirement. 3. Technical Information Services - does this require on-site technical support? Answer: No on-site support is required. 4. How many tech's do you estimate would be required? Answer: Microsoft Premier Services provides a Technical Account Manager (TAM). We have no information as to the level of effort expended by Microsoft Corporation to satisfy our annual subscription other than the level of effort described for the TAM in our combined notice/solicitation OAM-2003-N-0026. 5. What us the incumbent?s name, contract number and value? Answer: The incumbent?s name is Microsoft Inc., contract number 99130005 and the contract value of $319,022.00. 6. Do you know if the inclusion of resumes is required or even appropriate for this proposal? Answer: As per GAO's combined FedBizOps synopsis/solicitation dated June 24, 2003, GAO seeks an annual subscription to Microsoft Corporation's Premier Support Services. No resumes are required as this is a subscription service and we have no requirement for dedicated on-site labor support.
