Description

Title: U.S. Government Seeks Lease Space in Austin, TX. Project No. 3TX0127 Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing residential space in the range of approximately 850 Net Rentable Square Feet, which will produce approximately 739 Usable Square Feet . Open off street / surface parking for (2) is required on site. No build-to-suits or sub-leases. Unique Requirements: 1. Government must have ready access to the subject space 24 hours, 7 days a week. 2. Space must be contiguous not separated by a public corridor or other tenant . 3. The parking is to be off street & on site / surface parking and at NO additional cost to the Government. This E-posting is in pursuant to Executive Order 13006, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act & Public Buildings Cooperative Use Act of 1976. Area of Consideration: The subject space is required in or within the following delineated area; East- Hampton Rd., North-East 30th. Street, West-Beanna Street, South-26th. Street Term: 1 year firm term Authorized Contacts: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OFFEROR ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING THE SPACE TO BE LEASED WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE FEDERAL AGENCIES OTHER THAN THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION.
