Description

NA The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office requires pickup and disposal of regulated medical waste. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to collect, package, sort, de stroy, manifest, and transport pathological, animal, and regulated medical waste from: 1) Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX 2) Army Medical Department Center and School, Fort Sam Houston, TX and 3) Camp Bullis, TX. The period of performance is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004, with four 1-year options. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) DADA09-03-T-0418 will be issued on or about 17 July 2003. Solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis. All requests for the RFQ must be in writin g on company letterhead. Include in request, your name, address, telephone number, business size, and the RFQ number. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
