Description

NA The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis, provisioning technical data for the purpose of obtaining National Stock Numbers where necessary for the Apache Fire Control Radar. This will i nclude analysis required to develop the FIPs data, LSAR data, and training material, and training at Ft. Eustis, VA using the training and support equipment developed under this effort. The contractor will deliver the proper configuration of the support e quipment needed for this effort. This contract will include an option for a quantity of repair parts. The government intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Priced award of a delivery order to contract DAAH23-02-G-0011. This is a sole source requirement to Long bow Limited Liability Company (LBLLC), 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP-918, Orlando, FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute this requirement. Under the Authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be con sidered by this agency. See numbered Note(s) 22.
