- A Bidder?s Conference will be held on 22 and 23 July 2003 at the Aerospace Corporation, 15049 Conference Center Drive, Chantilly VA for the Innovative Space Based Radar Antenna Technology (ISAT) procurement. Sign-in will commence at 8:00 a.m. with briefing to follow at 8:30 a.m. ISAT is a DARPA-sponsored program being executed by Air Force Research Laboratory, Space Vehicles Directorate located at Kirtland AFB NM. The objective of ISAT is to develop and demonstrate technologies critical for a space-based, tactical-grade, Ground Moving Target Indication (GMTI) Space-Based Radar from Medium Earth Orbit (MEO) orbits. These critical technologies include: deployable 300-m antennas, high-power systems, radiation-hard electronics, and radar calibration and compensation across large apertures.COMPANIES ARE LIMITED TO THREE (3) ATTENDEES. On 23 July, one-on-one exchanges, 15-30 minutes in duration will take place.
