Description: This solicitation is to provide service which includes site clearing, excavation, haul of excavation, supplying and placement of geotextile, riprap and aggregate. Construction of road realignment and construction of riprap buttress. Work is anticipated to start September 15, 2003. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with clause FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections, payment protection shall be 100 percent of the contract price. The solicitation will be issued O/A July 18, 2003.
