Description

This acquisition is Unrestricted. It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain a complete and effective Maintanence and repair of various chillers at the Naval War College. This is for maintenance on Trane steam absorption chillers in Bldgs. 683 CHI and 991 CHI; and a limited Preventative Maintenance and Repair service program for the Dunham Bush water cooled water chillers in Bldg. 29CHI and the Tecochill gas fired engine driven chillers in Bldg. 27 CHI at the War College, Newport, RI. This will be a firm fixed priced contract with a base year and four twelve month options. The solicitation release date is 15 July 2003 and the Closing date is 15 Aug 2003. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only. All documents will be in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file format via the Internet. The free Acrobat Reader, required to view .pdf files can be downloaded from the Adobe website. The offical access to the solicitation is via the Internet. The address: www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Contractors are encouraged to register for the solicitation when downloading from NAVFAC E_SOL website. Only registered contractors will be notified by e-mail when amendments to the solicitation are issued. Contraactors are still encouraged to register on the Contractor Central Registration Database. Firms who no not register may not be eligable for award.
