Description: NA The work consists of the construction of two bridges (one at a time) with precast, prestressed concrete piling and deck units; cast-in-place concrete caps, and wingwalls; existing bridge removals and the disposal of debris therefrom; excavation and disposa l of material therefrom, aggregate surfacing; establishment of turf; placement of riprap and filter material; removal of culverts and installation of corrugated metal culverts; placement of detour barricades and signs; and environmental protection. The es timated value of the proposed work is between $5000,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This procurement will be a 100% HUB-Zone business set aside. For the purpose of this procurement to quality as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owne d and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the three preceeding years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be pr ocured under this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237310 and SIC 1622.
