Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings, specified herein, to fully complete the Repair Security Forces Facility 90606, and make operational. This project is required to completely alter the interior of facility 90606, except for the restrooms. The project consists primarily of altering the following: new offices, break room, issue area, mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler system, communications rooms, mezzanine system, and security cage. Also, replace both overhead service doors and all metal liner panels. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a ?straddle bid?. Funding is expected to be available in the first quarter of FY 04 (Oct ? Dec 02).
