Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the drawings, specified herein, to fully complete the project titles Replace Chiller at Building 90028, and make operational. Project description: to replace the existing 160-ton chiller with two (2) 160-ton chillers at 16 CRS, Bldg 90028. Work includes new concrete pad, masonry walls, drainage, piping, and electrical work as specified. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This is a ?straddle bid?. Funding is expected to be available for award in FY 03, or first quarter of FY04. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov.
