Description

Project consists of construction of one building 906 of approx. 960 sq. ft. including metal building system straight column, sloped beam framing, steel stud walls and partitions, EIFS exterior material, insulated steel panel roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical power and lighting and all work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer. The contracting officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. Bid package will be available by download only on or about July 15, 2003 at our WEB Page http://ifb.dyncorp.com. NAICS 236210, SB size $28.5M. Set aside for small business. magnitude: $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Pre-Bid will be held July 31, 2003 at 10:00 a.m., Bldg. 244 Dock 4, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
