Description

XTLF 03-1007C: Project consists of the addition of approx. 3500 sq. ft. to Building 171 including light gage steel framing, brick veneer to match existing, standing seam metal roof, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical and all work in accordance with the plans and specifications to provide a complete project. XTLF 03-1007R: Fire sprinkler system to be added to existing structure. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the contracting officer. The contracting officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. Bid package will be available by download only on or about July 15, 2003 at our WEB Page http://ifb.dyncorp.com. NAICS 236220, SB size $28.5M. Set aside for small business. Magnitude: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00. Pre-bid will be held July 31, 2003 at 10:00 a.m., Bldg. 244 Dock 4, Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
