Description

NA The government intends to award a contract for work consisting of the installation of security structures and required associated demolition of existing features at the perimeter of the Walla Walla District Headquarters Building. Security structures to be installed include bollards; masonry low walls, designed backfill and earthwork re-contouring; existing irrigation system restoration; security barrier gates and electrical controls; overhead lighting and associated wiring; and handicap parking space insta llation. Demolition includes the removal of small trees, lighted bollards and a portion of the existing irrigation system. Estimated time for completion is the end of February, 2004. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Nor th American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $12,000,000. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW the Small Business Com petitiveness Demonstraiton Program and FAR 19.10. All responsible business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered.
