Description

Requirement: The United States Government is seeking to lease various space requirements up to 80,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (69,565 BOMA Usable Square Feet) of office/warehouse and related space in light industrial zoning area for a new requirement and existing leases for potential replacement. The Government will relocate from expiring leases if consideration of the economics involved and the other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on tenant agency mission and other variables to be determined by the Government, will be considered in the relocation decision. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and/or combine multiple space requirements. Occupancy: Space must be ready for commencement of tenant alterations during the period of July 1, 2003 through December 31, 2004.
