Description

This is an announcement for an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 Streamlined Competition, which is being transitioned from a Streamlined Cost Comparison Study, at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This Streamlined Competition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures of the Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. This competition is for Risk Analysis Risk Management support located in the EPA's Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) in Washington, DC. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include ten Full Time Equivalents (FTEs). The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Morris X. Winn. The Contracting Officer is Barbara Stearrett. The Agency Tender Officer (ATO) is Margaret Schneider. The projected end date for this competition is September 26, 2003.
