Description
NAICS Code: 448190 NAICS Code(s): 448110, 448120, 448150 and 448190. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Superfund/RCRA Regional Procurement Operations Division in Washington, D.C. has a requirement to provide EPA On-Scene Coordinators (OSCs) and Removal Program Personnel with Identification (ID) Clothing to allow for easy identification of EPA personnel for safety and recognition. The clothing items required will be identified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), and may include Short-Sleeve T-Shirts, Golf Shirts, Long-Sleeve Denim Shirts, Short-Sleeve Denim Shirts, Coach-Style Jackets, and Cargo Pants. All clothing items will be required to be available for both men and women. All items, except the cargo pants, shall be printed with Identification Graphics/Logos, which will be specified by EPA. EPA will provide the appropriate graphics to the successful offeror(s). EPA requests the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful offeror(s), which will be utilized nationally over five year period. The BPA will be used to establish an account to fill recurring requirements. The requested quote(s) shall include all associated price reductions for the requirement and the associated BPA. Price and other price-related factors will be subject to negotiation by the Government. Any other evaluation criteria will be stated in the RFQ. This procurement will be processed under commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 15. Award(s) will be based on the best value offered to the EPA. Offeror(s) should be advised that there may be multiple ship to or delivery destinations. For example, the destinations may be one or all of the following: Boston, MA, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, Kansas City, KS, Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA, Edison, NJ, or Las Vegas, NV.
