Description

Provide materials and labor to remodel existing park quarters by adding an addition to the kitchen and dining room facilities. Estimated cost range: $25,000-$100,000. NAICS Code: 233210. This is a "full and open competition" award which will be made in accordance with Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. An award selection will be based on "best value" to the government with price and other critiical factors considered which will be noted in an addendum as an attachment to the Request for Quotation. The Request for Quotation with attachments will be posted on the website http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 14, 2003. No hard copies will be mailed or issued. As of October 1, 2001, the National Park Service requires the use of electronic commerce to view, quote and award projects. A site visit will be conducted at Homestead National Monument of America on July 22, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Attendance is highly recommended and will be one of the critical factors for award selection. If you can not attend on this date please call Gary Armstrong at 402-223-3514 at Homestead to make arrangements for a site visit.
