Description

NA The is a modification to the Presolicitation Notice originally posted on April 25, 2003 and subsequently modified on May 23, 2003. The proposed procurement was previously listed as NOT set-aside for small business. Fort Sill is considering an 8(a) set-as ide for this requirement with a sole source 8(a) concern owned by an Indian Tribe or an Alaskan Native Corporation as described at FAR 19.805-1(b)(2). If this acquisition method is selected, no further public notification concerning a solicitation will be issued. Award of one contract would be made to one single source for the combined functional requirements of both the Directorate of Public Works and Directorate of Logistics (DABK35-02-R-0002) originally posted April 29, 2003) now functioning as the Ins tallation Mission Support Center (IMSC). NAICS code remains 561210 and anticipated contract type remains cost-plus-award fee. The proposed procurement is for a nine (9) month Base from 1 January 2004 to 30 September 2004, and four one year option periods .
