Description: The purpose of this "Special Notice" is to announce that the KHILS Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract numbered F08630-00-D-0001 has been modified via contract modification P00003 to incorporate the labor category HIL Target Simulator Engineering Assistant (HIL Tgt Sim EA). This labor category addition does not change the scope of the contract and does not change the total maximum ceiling price of the contract.
