Description

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health is requesting quotes to provide a wide range particle spectrometer. Quotes must be brand name or equal to the following specifications: Wide range particle spectrometer with scanning mobility spectrometer and laser particle spectrometer 10 to 10,000 nm particle diameter. Capable of counting and sizing particles in the size range 10 to 10,000 nanometers, capable of counting particles in concentrations from 20 to 10(7) particles/cc, 3.3 liters per minute sampling rate have scanning mobility and differential mobility and laser operating, modes, software and interconnecting hardware for windows-based p.c., model 1000xp, configuration b. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this purchase. All offerors are requested to respond with their written offered pricing and provide all data as requested not later than 4:30 P.M. (EST), July 11, 2003.
