The Natural Resources Conservation Service has completed a Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison Study for Mail and Supply Services. As a result of this study, performance of the function shall remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting the individual below.
