- YPG03126000611, NSNs 4920-01-445-4360, Composite Repair Set IAW PN F4HB1000, Wichitech Industries, CAGE 0CGG7. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies ? Sole source (FAR 6.302-1) Unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This solicitation is a proposed firm fixed priced buy with option for up to 100% quantity increase. The base quantity is 52EA. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin, Q001. Requested delivery is 30 DARO. The delivery location is Stockton, CA. Solicitation will be available for issue on or about July 22, 2003, and close on or about August 22, 2003. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
